How to Apply

The applicants can submit the application form with required documents in person or through authorized person to Postgraduate Education Office ( Monday to Friday: 9.00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. at Esthetics & Implant Clinic, 1 floor, Pre Clinic Building , Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University) The applicants can fill in the application form online at

  • Copy of Citizen ID Card or Civil Servant Identification Card
  • Educational Evident Educational Evident
  • Copy transcript in Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree
  • Copy of transcript for Junior degree (Depending on department requirement)
  • Copy of TOEFL or IELTS

  • An invitation for written examination and interview will be sent to qualified applicants via e-mail or fax.

Duration of Study

  • 2 academic years
  • The academic year consist of 2 semester of schedule classes each plus a summer session, as follows;
  • 1st Semester August – December
  • 2nd Semester January – May
  • Summer Session June – August

Qualification of Applicants 


Hold a D.D.S. or B.D.S. or D.M.D. degree (attach a copy of bachelor’s degree certificate with the application form).


Provide at least 2 letters of recommendation from the institution where the applicants graduated from (attach with the application form).


Obtained either of these following score  within last 6 month.

  • TOEFL at least 560 
  • TOEFL iBT at least 87 : Writing: 25 , Speaking: 24, Reading: 21, Listening: 17
  • IELTS at least 7.0


Obtain at least one year working experience in dental practice.


Possess qualifications complied with the Graduate School (to be announced yearly). The Program Administrative Committee (PAC) reserves the rights to consider other qualifications that deem appropriate to be eligible for applications.
